1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide and improve Stunna AI, including:

• Photos you choose to upload for AI reshoots.
• Generated before-and-after images, selected looks or presets, prompts, and export requests.
• Anonymous account data, such as device ID, authentication token, referral code, credits, and subscription entitlement status.
• Purchase and subscription status received from Apple, Google, or our subscription service providers.
• Reward-related information you submit, such as social post URLs.
• Support information you send us, such as messages, email address, and request details.
• Limited technical and usage data needed for security, analytics, attribution, diagnostics, reliability, and app performance.

Stunna does not access your entire photo library. We access photos only when you choose a photo to reshoot or save an export.

2. How we collect information

We collect information when you select a photo, choose an AI look, create a reshoot, export or share generated images, use rewards, subscriptions, referrals, or support features, and when you contact us directly. Some technical information is collected automatically when the App communicates with our servers.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide AI photo reshoot features; upload, process, store, and display before-and-after images; moderate uploads for safety; manage credits, subscriptions, rewards, referrals, and account status; provide support; understand feature performance; maintain security; prevent abuse; fix technical issues; and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI processing and third-party sharing

When you request an AI reshoot, Stunna uploads your selected photo and chosen look to our servers. To generate the reshoot, Stunna shares a temporary signed link to the selected photo, together with the selected look or prompt, with kie.ai, our third-party AI image-processing provider.

The data sent may include the selected photo, which may contain faces or other personal information, and the prompt needed to create the requested output. We do not send your full photo library.

We ask for permission in the App before sending your selected photo for third-party AI processing. If you decline, that photo will not be sent and the AI reshoot feature will not run.

5. Other sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information or use your photos for third-party advertising. We may share limited information with providers that support hosting, storage, subscriptions, analytics, attribution, diagnostics, customer support, AI processing, and safety; with Apple and Google as needed to manage purchases; with legal authorities when required by law; and with parties to a permitted merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described here, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Selected photos and generated images may be stored in reshoot history so you can view, export, or delete them. Temporary signed links expire after a limited time.

You can delete your account and associated App data in Settings. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help withdrawing consent.

7. Consent and choices

You can decline AI processing consent before a selected photo is sent to a third-party provider. You may withdraw consent for future processing by not using AI reshoot features, deleting your account and data in Settings, or contacting us. Features that require AI processing will then be unavailable for those photos.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Children’s privacy

Stunna is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request.

11. International transfers

Reelpop and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
